Return and Refund Policy

At Ajayka International, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation.

  • The item is not listed under non-returnable items (see below).


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or usage concerns, including:

  • Personal care items

  • Kitchen consumables

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or sale items


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at ajaydodeja1982@gmail.com or +92 313 8038189 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective or incorrect).

  • Returned items must be shipped back securely in their original condition.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and order details.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
